Marina Antunes [DVD News 11.14.20] Australia scifi drama

Writer/director Seth Larney's 2067 is an entertaining time-travel tale that also happens to feature an important message.

The story arose from Larney's worries about the impending environmental catastrophe and is inspired by genre films from the 60s and 70. The film stars Kodi Smit-McPhee (The Road, Alpha) and Ryan Kwanten (“True Blood”) as two men living in a future where humanity has destroyed the earth. The pair are tasked with jumping to the future to find out if and how to save the planet and then bring that knowledge back to the present.

We want to give you an opportunity to discover it for yourself.

2067 is being released on Blu-ray and DVD on Tuesday, November 17, and two lucky readers will be getting their very own Blu-ray copy of the film.

The release includes a director commentary as well as an in-depth behind-the-scenes including a look at the story, cast, director, the look of the film, costumes and makeup, the time machine, editing and VFX, as well as the music. Our conversation with Larney about the film would also make a great companion piece.

To enter, email us your name, address and the title of your favourite time travel movie. Two winners will be randomly selected from all entries. Contest closes at noon PST on Friday, November 20.

Please note that this contest is only open to US residents.
