John Connor [Celluloid 04.04.16] cult drama



Swim Army Man was something of a hit at Sundance last year. The film starring Harry potter's Daniel Radcliffe, the great Paul Dano (Looper) and 10 Cloverfield Lane's Mary Elizabeth Winstead was picked up by rising star distributor A24 (who have released Ex Machina and The Witch previously).

The first trailer has landed for the film set to release June 17, 2016 and it's as odd, darkly funny and emotional as you might expect (ie. a Sundance movie).


Synopsis:
A hopeless man stranded in the wilderness befriends a dead body and together they go on a surreal journey to get home.


The film is written and directed by simply "Daniels".
