Marina Antunes [Celluloid 11.15.12] horror

Oh the kills! It's been a while since we've heard anything about the horror anthology extravaganza ABCs of Death. Featuring 26 different directors ranging from such respected genre heavyweights as Ti West (House of the Devil (review)), Jason Eisner (Hobo with a Shotgun (review)), Nacho Vigalando (Timecrimes), Ben Wheatley (Kill List (review)), Yoshihiro Nishimura (Dead Sushi (review)) and Yoshihiro Nishimura (Mutant Girl Squad) to a few less famous names, the anthology has played to adoring crowds at TIFFs Midnight madness and Fantastic Fest, and will soon be coming to a screen near you.

Unlike most anthologies that have some underlying similarities, ABCs of Death seems to have only one commonality: death. Between the extra bloody and definitely NSFW trailer and some of the titles (everything from Orgasm to Quack), it's clear there will be a little something for everyone. As long as everyone is into a bit of horror and comedy mixed together.

ABCs of Death will made its debut on VOD on January 31, 2013 with a theatrical release to follow on March 8.
