Christopher Webster [Celluloid 12.12.11] horror

We've haven't covered it here much, but there's an upcoming horror anthology called The ABCs Of Death which takes the viewer on a tour of pretty much every imaginable way to die. It's to be presented as a child's alphabet book (hence the title) and will feature segments directed by some of the biggest international names in horror.

The first image from any of the segments has been released and it's for Xavier Gens' (The Divide) story. He dropped it on his Facebook page. I don't know what's going on in it, or what letter Gens could be working on, but it is pretty grotesque. Is it a woman wearing someone elses skin?
