#1 - Details on Adam Green's next, Frozen have emerged via BD. The story revolves around three skiers who find themselves stranded on a chairlift at a New England ski resort that is closed during the week. While that isn't much, I'm wondering if this is a psychological thriller or is there some horror aspect? Shooting begins next week in Utah.

Now some good news for scifi fans.

#2 - Robert Rodriguez's next film is a futuristic thriller called Nerverackers which already has a release date set for April 16, 2010. I know that's a long time to wait, but check out this storyline: Set in 2085, the story centers on a character named Joe Tezca who is part of an elite unit dispatched to quell a crime wave in a theoretically perfect future society. Let's hope he does it Sin City style, werd. via Variety.

#3 - Robert Downey Jr, Reese Witherspoon, and "Wanted" director Timur Bekmambetov are in talks for Warner Bros’ sci-fi epic "The Days Before". While I don't like the cast, the storyline sounds fantastic: follows a race of aliens who invade Earth by traveling backwards through time and wiping out humanity, one day at a time, yesterday by yesterday. One man attempts to stay “a yesterday ahead of them”, and every time he must try to convince the world that “the end is coming”, again. Hey I got an idea, why don't they use Michael Shannon and Fairuza Balk? Hollywood always kills great ideas with A-list crap, argh. via Dark Horizons.

I have given up on Reese Witherspoon, she is such a skank, anything she does turns out to be just so much low grade garbage any more. Some day, Hollywierd will get the hint.
