John Connor [Celluloid 09.23.22] scifi horror action comedy thriller adventure



Jason Eisener (Hobo with a Shotgun, V/H/S/2) is back with the horror/sci-fi movie Kids vs. Aliens, which will have its World Premiere today at the ongoing Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas.

The film is a new collaboration between Bloody Disgusting, Cinepocalypse, and Studio71, who jointly produced V/H/S/94 and V/H/S/99.



Synopsis:
All Gary wants is to make awesome home movies with his best buds. All his older sister Samantha wants is to hang with the cool kids. When their parents head out of town one Halloween weekend, an all-time rager of a teen house party turns to terror when aliens attack, forcing the siblings to band together to survive the night.


The upcoming movie stars Dominic Mariche (“Are You Afraid of the Dark?,” “Team Zenko Go”), Phoebe Rex (“The Last Divide”), Calem MacDonald (“The Umbrella Academy”), Asher Grayson Percival (“Scaredy Cats”), and Ben Tector.

I guess this lands _before_ Prometheus in franchise continuity.
