Christopher Webster [Celluloid 12.15.11] movie news scifi action



A new international trailer has appeared for the Luc Besson produced scifi actioner Lockout (which is now called "MS One: Maximum Security" - though I doubt it'll stick). It's got even more epic space shots then that first teaser and reminds of Escape from New York in space.

Synopsis:
A man wrongly convicted of conspiracy to commit espionage against the U.S. is offered his freedom if he can rescue the president’s daughter from an outer space prison taken over by violent inmates.



The film stars Guy Pearce and Maggie Grace.

FilmDistrict is releasing Lockout in the US, and has set an April 20th, 2012.

God I love this kind of flick. Pandorum, Event Horizon love em!! Now if they could actually pull of a Dead Space game that would be the best.
